We are now booking appointments for flu vaccinations.  If you are over 65 or in an at risk group please call Reception to book your appointment.

Please allow 5 days from the date of any tests before calling for the results.  As our phone lines are particularly busy in the early mornings please only call after 2pm for results.

We would also appreciate it if you could avoid the busiest time for the phone lines (between 8am - 10am if you are calling for a routine appointment or other routine matters.

We have recently seen a cut to the number of blood test appointment slots offered to us by Maidstone Tunbridge Wells Trust.  In the circumstances demand for the remaining slots is very high.  If you have a blood test appointment please can you ensure that you attend or let reception know if you wish to cancel.

 

How to order a repeat prescription

A computerised list of all current medication is provided each time a prescription is issued at the surgery.  Should you require repeat medication please tick the items required and either leave the form in the repeat prescription box in reception, post it through the letter box (if out of surgery hours) or post it to us (enclosing a stamped addressed envelope if you wish the new prescription to be returned by post).

If you do not have a repeat form, please send in a written request stating your full name, address and the medication you wish to be repeated.

Repeat medication/prescriptions may be collected from the Practice during normal opening hours.  Please allow 48 hours before collection. Please note that weekends are not normal surgery hours and therefore prescriptions requested on a Friday will be available the following Tuesday morning.

To order a repeat prescription electronically, please register for online prescription (and appointment booking) service by completing the form available from reception giving your email address.  You will then commence a registration process which will require you to provide photo ID.  Once registration is complete our receptionists will call you to notify you that your login details are ready for collection. The system is accessed at least twice a day 

Can I order repeat prescriptions for my children?

A parent can register a child with photo ID but requests for repeat medication or appointments must be made through the login details issued in the child's name.

We regret that repeat prescriptions cannot be ordered over the telephone as errors can be made.
