Noticeboard

We are now booking appointments for flu vaccinations.  If you are over 65 or in an at risk group please call Reception to book your appointment.

Some patients are experiencing problems with ordering repeat prescriptions online.  We are trying to resolve this issue with the IT provider but in the meantime please visit the surgery to complete a form to order your prescriptions.  We apologise for the inconvenience.

We have recently seen a cut to the number of blood test appointment slots offered to us by Maidstone Tunbridge Wells Trust.  In the circumstances demand for the remaining slots is very high.  If you have a blood test appointment please can you ensure that you attend or let reception know if you wish to cancel.

As you can imagine, our telephone lines are busiest between 8am and 10am.  It would be really appreciated if patients ringing for a routine appointment or other routine matter could avoid those times. Thank you.

Home Visits

doctors_bag6If possible, please try to telephone reception on 01732 883161 between 8.00 and 10.00am if you require a home visit.

A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.

House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.

Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
